Ask for more photosI grew up in South Africa, where you learn to fix things yourself because there’s no one else coming. Pipes, wiring, tiles, engines — whatever needed doing. I brought that way of working to Ras Al Khaimah years ago and I’ve been here ever since.
Procon Services is mine. I’ve built a small team and a manager to keep things running — because that’s how you deliver real work on time in RAK. But I’m personally on every job. When you message me on WhatsApp, I reply. When you need a quote, I come see the place myself. When the work starts, I’m on site, hammer in hand or standing next to the guy who is. When something needs putting right afterwards, it comes back to me.
Same guy who quotes the job is the guy who does the job. Simple as that.
I tell you what the whole job will cost before we start. No hourly games. No surprise add-ons at the end. If something unexpected shows up mid-job, we agree on the extra first.
Every first visit is me, in person. You see who you’re hiring before you commit. And I’m on site throughout the job — not just at the kick‑off and the handover.
I leave a clean site. Rubble cleared, floors wiped, tools packed. You shouldn’t need to clean up after the people you’re paying.
If something I did fails within the warranty period, I come back and fix it. No arguments, no invoicing games.

English and Afrikaans. I grew up in South Africa and I’ve been in the UAE for years, so you’ll have no trouble explaining what you need.
Not necessarily. Plenty of my clients give me access and I send them photos and updates throughout the day. For the first visit and the final walk-through, though, I prefer you’re there — so we’re both happy with the result.
